Oh My John, once again your Audio Show captured my complete attention. It was a surprize to me that Stephen had not been to WDW until 1989. I can not remember when I began finding HM’s – it was many years ago as I was a Disneyland Baby so have been visiting for many years.
I do know that I introduced my hubby to HM’s in the 70’s & I wish I hadn’t been such a neat freak and tossed out all the notebooks of information we had collected over the many years. (after Steve’s first book we threw out all our info – so short sighted on our part)
It’s funny to think about when we would ask a Cast Member about a HM and they didn’t know what we were talking about… seems strange now.
We would never enter any park without Steve Barrets book in hand – it’s a fun time passer when waiting in long lines – we love scavenger hunts!
Hope sometime Steve sees us will come sign our copy too – I’d be THRILLED to say the least.
Keep up the terrific work John – we LOVE all your efforts – Hope to meet you for ‘real’ in the future.
